and the undersigned Chamber of Commerce (the "Parties") recognize and
affirm that an essential element of their relationship is to contribute
to the communities in which the Chamber and its members reside.
This
contribution is achieved through the requirement that the Chamber will
share a portion of its revenue (as described in these materials)
derived from this relationship with a local charitable organization.
The
Parties agree that the community served by the Chamber is best served
by its required financial contribution to a local charitable
organization providing educational STEM programs. In this way
the community also becomes a part of this relationship. |
